FREE TOOL · NO LOGIN · REAL JOBS

Describe the job you want. We find real openings.

Clipaist searches the public job boards of hundreds of companies, merges duplicates, shows when each job was last verified and explains every match score. You apply on the company's own page. No account, no CV upload.

Try:

STEP 1

Describe the job you want

Write the role, skills, years of experience and whether you want remote, hybrid or onsite work, in your own words.

STEP 2

Check what Clipaist understood

The tool shows the skills, experience and workplace it read from your text so you can correct it before trusting the results.

STEP 3

Refine with filters

Filter by workplace, job type, date posted, salary and country, then sort by best match, newest or salary.

STEP 4

Apply on the original page

Open "View original job" to go to the company application page. Check the posting location and hiring rules before you apply.

WHERE THE JOBS COME FROM

Real vacancies from company career boards, not scraped job-board copies.

Most modern companies publish their openings through an applicant-tracking system such as Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby. Those systems offer public job-board feeds. Clipaist reads those public feeds in small background batches, normalises each posting, removes duplicates and keeps a last-verified time for every job. For local markets it also reads a few job websites and feeds that publish their jobs as structured data and allow automated reading (Mustakbil.com in Pakistan, Jobware and Arbeitnow in Germany, CharityJob in the UK). Searches also understand German, French and Spanish job titles, so an English search finds a "Softwareentwickler" role. Those sites are read slowly, a few pages at a time, only where their robots.txt allows it, and every result credits the site and links back to its own page.

That means every result is a posting the employer or the named job website published, and every apply link goes to that original page. Clipaist skips sites that block automated readers, does not scrape LinkedIn or Indeed, does not invent listings and does not submit applications for you. Coverage grows as more company boards are verified, so a search can honestly return few results.

Trust rules: a job needs a recent successful check to show as "Verified active"; a failed check is never treated as a closed job; and a job that has not been confirmed for seven days is hidden instead of shown as open.

Questions about Job Finder

Is Clipaist Job Finder free, and do I need an account?+
It is free and needs no account or signup. Searches are limited to 150 per IP per day so one visitor cannot exhaust the shared capacity. Your search text is not stored.
Where do the jobs come from?+
From two kinds of sources. First, the public job boards that companies publish through Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor and Breezy. Second, a small and growing list of job websites and feeds that allow automated reading: currently Mustakbil.com (Pakistan), Jobware and the Arbeitnow feed (Germany) and CharityJob (United Kingdom). Every result names its source and links to the original page. Clipaist obeys each site's robots.txt, reads only a few pages at a time and skips sites that block automated readers. It does not scrape LinkedIn or Indeed.
How do you know a job is still open?+
Each job shows when its company board was last checked. "Verified active" means the board listed the job in a recent check. "Needs verification" means the latest check is older or the job was missing from the last fetch. Jobs that have not been confirmed for 7 days are hidden. A failed check never marks a job closed on its own.
How is the match score calculated?+
It is a visible 100-point score: 25 for job title, 30 for skills, 20 for experience, 15 for workplace, 5 for job type and 5 for freshness. Open "Why this matches" on any job to see each part. Missing salary never lowers a score, and a skill not mentioned in a description is not treated as missing from the job.
Can I search for jobs from Pakistan or another country?+
Yes. Write the place in your search ("Laravel jobs in Pakistan", "React developer in Berlin") or pick a country in the filters. You get jobs located there plus remote jobs that are not tied to another country. Local coverage comes from company boards plus the job websites listed in the sources answer, so countries without a listed site can have few local results. Always check the posting for location and hiring rules.
Does Clipaist apply to jobs for me?+
No. It finds and ranks openings. You apply on the original company page, so your application and personal data go to the employer, not to Clipaist.
Why does a search return few results?+
The index covers the companies whose boards we have verified, and it grows over time. Clipaist never fills a page with invented or unrelated jobs. If you see few results, try fewer skills, a broader title, or remove filters.
Does it work without AI?+
Yes. Reading your requirement, matching and ranking are rule-based and run without an AI model, so results are explainable and the same search gives the same answer.
