1. What PostPilot is
- PostPilot provides free browser-based AI tools: text-to-video, text-to-image, and an AI image editor, plus supporting content. Using any tool means you accept these terms.

2. Acceptable use
- Use the tools for lawful purposes only. Do not generate or upload: sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance — reported), non-consensual intimate imagery, content facilitating wrongdoing, malware, or spam.
- Do not abuse the service: no automated scraping, no circumventing rate limits or bot checks, no reselling API access derived from this site.
- We may throttle, block, or remove abusive traffic without notice to protect the service for everyone.
3. Ownership of what you create
- Outputs you generate are yours — for personal and commercial use — subject to the rights of the underlying AI providers and any third-party material (faces, logos, artworks) appearing in your inputs.
- You are responsible for having the rights to images you upload, and for how you use what you download.
- By generating, you grant us a limited license to store and serve the file on our CDN for the retention window so preview and download work.
4. Free tier and fair use
- The tools are free with no account. To keep them free, fair-use limits apply: during peak demand, jobs queue and may take longer instead of failing.
- We may change capacity, formats, retention windows, or availability at any time. Core tools will remain free to use.
5. AI outputs disclaimer
- AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased, or unexpected. They are provided “as is” for creative use — not as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Verify anything important before relying on it.
6. Takedowns
- If content on our CDN infringes your rights, email hello@postpilot.ai with the file URL and your relationship to the work. Valid requests are actioned within 72 hours.
7. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPilot is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost outputs after the retention window.
8. Changes and contact
- We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
