Privacy Policy

Plain words first: no accounts, no data selling, no ad profiles built by us. The details live below. Last updated September 10, 2026.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: none. PostPilot tools require no signup, so we never ask for your name, email, or password to generate.
  • Prompts and uploads: text prompts and images you submit are transmitted to our servers solely to run the generation, then passed to third-party AI providers. Generated outputs are stored temporarily on our CDN so you can preview and download them, and are deleted automatically after a limited retention window.
  • Contact messages: if you email us, we keep your message and address only long enough to reply and handle the matter.
  • Technical data: like nearly every site, our infrastructure (Cloudflare) sees standard request data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps — used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics. We do not build advertising profiles.

2. How we use information

  • To operate the tools: queue, render, and deliver your generations.
  • To keep the service fair and online: rate-limiting, bot detection, and debugging.
  • To answer you: replies to support, takedown, and business messages.
  • We do not sell personal information. We do not share prompts or uploads with advertisers.

3. Cookies and Google AdSense

  • Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s previous visits to your website or other websites.
  • PostPilot shows display ads served by Google AdSense. Google uses cookies — including the DoubleClick DART cookie — to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads). Alternatively, you can opt out of some third-party vendors’ uses of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info (https://www.aboutads.info/choices).
  • We do not control third-party advertisers’ cookies. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not break the generators, but ad slots may appear empty.

4. Third-party services

  • Cloudflare (CDN, security, and hosting): processes request traffic to deliver pages fast and block attacks.
  • AI generation providers: receive your prompts/uploads to render outputs. They process data under their own policies.
  • Google AdSense: serves display advertising as described above.
  • We disclose data to authorities only when required by law.

5. Data retention

  • Generated files are kept on our CDN for a short window (typically days) for preview/download, then deleted automatically.
  • Server logs used for security and debugging roll over automatically and are not kept indefinitely.
  • Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the issue, then archived or deleted.

6. Children’s privacy

  • PostPilot is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has submitted content, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your rights

  • Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@postpilot.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject and we will respond within 30 days.
  • Takedown requests for generated files: include the file URL — valid requests are actioned within 72 hours.

8. Changes to this policy

  • If this policy changes materially, we will update the date below and, for significant changes, post a notice on the homepage. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

9. Contact

  • Questions about this policy: hello@postpilot.ai. See also the Contact page for response times and what to include in your message.
